Donohue’s Michael Harvey, PE was the recipient of the “Outstanding Environmental Consultant” award from the Michigan Water Environment Association (MWEA) during their recent 90th annual conference in Boyne Falls, MI. This award is bestowed upon a worthy individual who has demonstrated outstanding dedication to their employer and to the MWEA, has excelled professionally, and has publicly promoted the water environment profession.
“Mike is very deserving of this honor. His dedication to MWEA and his professional drive in the water environment field makes him a perfect candidate for the Outstanding Environmental Consultant award,” remarked Tim Sikma, MWEA Past President.
Since Mike became an MWEA member in 1986, he has served on and chaired numerous committees such as Government Affairs, Maintenance, and Annual Conference Entertainment. He has also served as an association federation delegate. His previous awards include the Arthur Sidney Bidell award. Currently, Mike is on the Sustainable Energy Committee, is the co-chair of the Process Committee, and is a 5-S Society member.
Mike is a Vice President located in Donohue’s Chicago office. He has more than 33 years of engineering consulting experience. His roles have involved managing facilities planning, design and construction projects, program management, business development, and business management.
