Terry joins Donohue & Associates with 27 years of innovative process design experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure for small to large facilities. He will serve as a Vice President based out of the Champaign office.

Terry has significant process design experience in wastewater treatment and process operation optimization. His responsibilities encompass project management, engineering planning and design, process modeling, traditional and alternative project delivery, and construction observation.

A registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, and California, Terry earned M.S. and B.S. degrees in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Illinois Water Environment Association (IWEA), the Indiana Water Environment Association (IWEA), the Water Environment Federation (WEF), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
