Paul joins Donohue with 27 years of experience working on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in the Midwest. His most recent experience includes project management, client management, and technical advisor roles on large infrastructure projects in the Chicago area. He will serve as a senior project manager and a technical advisor in the Chicago office.

Paul has both a broad and deep resume with strengths in detailed process, pumping, piping, and civil site design for water, stormwater, and wastewater projects. He has successfully managed large, complex, multi-discipline design and planning project teams and has a long history of client service in the Chicago area.
A registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering with a concentration in water resources from Cleveland State University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Water Works Association (AWWA), and the Water Environment Federation (WEF).
