Donohue’s Craig Heisel, PE, Joseph Pisula, PE, and Kendra Sveum, PE are among the presenters featured at the 36th annual conference and exposition held by the Illinois Water Environment Association (IWEA) on February 23-25 in Champaign, IL. Craig is a process engineer from Donohue’s South Bend, IN office and has two presentations; the first is “How Much Selector Zone Mixing Energy is Enough?” and the second is “Getting “Bang for Your Buck” – Maximizing Wet Weather Full Treatment Capacity.” Joseph is a vice president from Donohue’s Champaign, IL office and his presentation is “Enhanced Sludge Thickening at Decatur.” Kendra is process engineer from Donohue’s Chicago, IL office and her presentation is “How Aeration Basin Configurations Impact Nutrients, Aeration, and Biomass Health.”

In addition to being a presenter, Kendra is the 2014-2015 president of IWEA. In her role as president, she is leading the way with fresh ideas for the organization such as a new venue for this conference and the introduction of “Life is Good Water: Renew for the Future” as the conference slogan.

Donohue is a proud sponsor of the Exhibitors Reception taking place 4:00-6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 24. The exhibition is a great way to meet colleagues, network, and visit with vendors.
